Import the OVA packaged VM to your virtualization environment (Virtualbox and VMware are covered in this guide). Start and configure the Quickstart VMĭownload the Cloudera Quickstart VM from the Cloudera website. As of this writing the latest available version of Cloudera Quickstart VM is 5.13. If your machine is already part of the target Cloudera Hadoop cluster, you already have Hadoop installed and may skip this.
